Technical Features

1.The sealing surfaces of the ball and valve seat are sprayed with nickel-based hard alloys, tungsten carbide, chromium carbide, and coated with hard surface materials such as chromium nitride. This enhances the wear resistance, scratch resistance, and erosion resistance of the sealing surfaces in working conditions involving particles, high temperatures, and high pressures.

2. The valve seat is spring-loaded, and the spring is equipped with a particle entry prevention device to avoid particle blockage of the spring hole, ensuring stable and reliable valve operation.

3. The valve seat features a scraper structure, which can automatically scrape off viscous attachments adhering to the surface of the ball during the valve's opening and closing process.

4. The ball and valve seat undergo a 360-degree grinding process without any dead angles, achieving a mirror-like surface with a roughness value of Ra0.2. This reduces the torque required for the valve and prolongs the service life of both the ball and valve seat.

5. The metal-sealed ball and valve seat endow the valve itself with fireproof function.

6. Anti-ejection valve stem design.

7. Low-leakage packing of Class A or Class B can be used to meet the requirements of low-leakage sealing (FE) specified in the ISO 15848 standard for valves.

8. The valve stem is made of high-hardness and high-strength materials, which improves its wear resistance and scratch resistance. This ensures that the valve can still be opened and closed in place and operate smoothly after long-term use.

9. Triple-hardened bearing structure ensures low torque for valve opening and closing.

10. Equipped with ISO 5211 standard connection pads, it can be installed with remote control mechanisms such as pneumatic devices, electric devices, and pneumatic-hydraulic linkage devices for automated control systems.
