Technical Features
1. Three valve seat structures are available for selection:
1.1 (DBB structure) Single piston valve seat, dual blocking and draining functions, capable of cutting off the medium at both ends of the valve,
When there is overpressure in the cavity, it can be safely released through the valve seat.
1.2 (DIB-1 structure) dual-piston valve seat, with bidirectional double sealing, but the valve seat lacks self-relieving pressure function,
A safety relief valve needs to be installed to relieve overpressure in the intermediate chamber;
1.3 (DIB-2 structure) features a single piston upstream and a dual-piston downstream. The dual-piston valve seat downstream can seal in both directions, while the single-piston valve seat upstream can relieve excess pressure in the middle chamber.
2. Fireproof function: The valve seat, packing box, fixed shaft, and valve rod are all equipped with graphite fireproof washers to achieve safe fireproofing
Function.
3. Anti-static function: Both the anti-rod and ball valve, as well as the fixed shaft and ball valve, are designed with anti-static springs, ensuring effective anti-static functionality.
4. Designed to prevent the valve stem from flying out.
5. The valve seat and valve stem are designed with a grease injection function, which can provide emergency sealing.
6. With a self-lubricating bearing structure, the valve has low opening and closing torque.
7. The valve rod features a double-sealed O-ring, ensuring stable and reliable sealing. The O-ring can be made of materials such as fluororubber, ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber, and silicone rubber.
8. Equipped with ISO 5211 standard connection pads, it can be installed with remote control mechanisms such as pneumatic devices, electric devices, and pneumatic-hydraulic linkage devices for automated control systems.
