Technical Features
1. The sealing surfaces of the ball and valve seat are sprayed with nickel-based hard alloys, carbides, and coated with nitrides and other hard surface materials, which enhance the wear resistance, scratch resistance, and erosion resistance of the sealing surfaces under working conditions involving particles, high temperatures, and high pressures.
2. The spring-loaded valve seat ensures stable and reliable valve sealing.
3. The metal-sealed ball and valve seat provide the valve with an inherent fireproof function.
4. Design to prevent valve stem from flying out.
5. Low-leakage Class A or Class B packing can be used to meet the requirements of low-leakage sealing (FE) for valves.
6. The valve stem is made of high-hardness and high-strength materials, enhancing its wear resistance and scratch resistance, ensuring the valve opens and closes in place and operates smoothly.
7. Equipped with ISO 5211 standard connection pads, it can be installed with remote control mechanisms such as pneumatic devices, electric devices, and pneumatic-hydraulic linkage devices for automated control systems.
