Technical Features

1. The dual-eccentric design achieves the effect of separation upon opening and sealing upon closing. The uniquely designed lip seal structure achieves bidirectional bubble-level zero leakage under the action of elastic interference and self-sealing.

2. The interchangeable PTFE valve seat can be used in various working conditions, achieving optimal service life and performance.

3. It features a blow-out prevention valve design, ensuring safety and reliability during operation under various conditions.

4. Under the working conditions of fugitive media, a low-leakage carbon fiber bowl-type combined packing structure can be adopted to meet the requirements specified in ISO15848 and API622 standards.

5. The tangential pin of the valve stem is half on the valve plate and half inside the valve stem. The tangential positioning ensures that the valve plate and valve are subjected to compressive forces rather than shear stresses, making the connection more reliable.

6. Equipped with ISO 5211 standard connection pads, it can be installed with remote control mechanisms such as pneumatic devices, electric devices, and pneumatic-hydraulic linkage devices for automated control systems.
